高等院校是我国培养高素质人才的集散地,在教育教学中起到十分重要的作用。随着教育教学改革的深入推进,高校在注重专业教学的同时,也更加关注对学生体育素养的培训。篮球是高校学子最喜欢的运动项目之一,传统的教学方式无法激发学生的学习兴趣,阻碍了篮球运动的发扬。如今,体育教学也开始着手改革,本文就通过分析篮球教学改革的影响因素,提出有效教学的方法,促进篮球教学质量的提高。
Colleges and universities are the distribution centers for cultivating high-quality talents in our country and play an important role in education and teaching. With the deepening of education and teaching reform, colleges and universities pay more attention to the training of students’ sports literacy while paying more attention to professional teaching. Basketball is one of the most favorite sports activities for college students. The traditional teaching methods can not stimulate students’ interest in learning and hinder the development of basketball. Nowadays, the teaching of physical education has also begun to reform. In this paper, by analyzing the influencing factors of basketball teaching reform, we put forward the effective teaching method to promote the improvement of basketball teaching quality.
