经验摘要慈溪市教师轮岗,实行区域联盟内教师流动为主。区域联盟由街道学校和有关镇组成,在区域联盟内统筹配置,按需交流,量、质并重。对于轮岗期间表现好、圆满完成工作任务的教师,在评优、职务聘任时,在同等条件下优先。对于组织安排的轮岗任务,不参加或没有完成工作任务的教师,取消骨干教师以上称号和其他各类先进称号,年度考核不得评为优秀等级,中、高级职称的教师原则上不予聘任。
Experience Summary Cixi teachers rotation, the implementation of the regional union teacher flow-based. Regional alliances are composed of street schools and relevant townships. They are co-ordinated within the regional coalition and exchanged on demand. Both quantity and quality are equally important. For those who performed well during the rotation, teachers who satisfactorily completed their work tasks are given priority under the same conditions when appraising their positions and positions. Teachers who do not participate in or do not complete the tasks of their assignment should cancel the above title of backbone teachers and other advanced titles, and the annual assessment shall not be rated as excellent. Teachers of medium and senior professional titles shall not be employed in principle.
