Objective To analyze and analyze the clinical effect of using dental repair membrane materials to guide bone regeneration in dental implants. Methods A total of 198 dental implants were performed in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016. All patients were assigned to 99 patients in the experimental group and 99 patients in the control group according to the random number table. In the experimental group of 99 patients who underwent dental implants, resorbable bone was regenerated by resorbable HAO repair membrane. When 99 patients in the control group underwent dental implantation, the non-absorbable peptide membrane was used to guide the bone regeneration. The success rate of dental implants and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients were calculated, and a series of data of osteogenesis thickness and height were analyzed. The above data were analyzed and compared between groups. Results According to the comparison results, the successful rate of dental implants in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The adverse reactions after dental implantation were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusions In the two groups of patients, when the patients in experimental group received dental implants, the use of resorbable HAO repair membrane to guide bone regeneration can effectively improve the success rate of dental implants and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after dental implants. Therefore, the use of dental implants in dental implant materials to guide the regeneration of the bone is more recommended absorbable sea Oporto repair of dental implants.
