开发企业基于Web页面上的交互式自动化信息管理系统，为企业提供跨计算机平台的信息访问能力，方便连入Internet，以提高企业效率，增加企业的竞争能力，是目前企业内部自动化系统或企业Intranet的发展方向．本文通过对深圳市给排水工程建设指挥部MIS系统的设计实现，介绍了基于动态Web的工作流和基于动态Web的3层结构的应用程序开发，解决动态Web的数据库访问，并介绍了动态Web站点的设计和建立．
