Objective: To investigate the clinical features and specificity of auditory abnormalities in autistic children. Methods: According to Harrison’s “Sensory Behavior Scale” and Dunn’s “Sensory Processing Ability Profile Scale” to develop a questionnaire to investigate 156 cases of children with autism and 141 control subjects with abnormal hearing loss behaviors Compare Results: The incidence of auditory abnormalities was 100% in children with autism, compared with 33.3% in children with autism. The abnormal behavior of autism in children with autism mainly included unresponsiveness to hearing loss, auditory hypersensitivity, auditory fear and hearing special interest . There was significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of various abnormal hearing aids. Conclusion: Anomalous behavior of the auditory system is one of the most important manifestations of autistic children and has certain specificity. To understand the auditory response of children with autism is of great significance for the early identification of autism and further understanding of the pathogenesis of autism.
