为提高集装箱码头泊位各类设备配置在生产运作中的衔接效率,研究了在装卸岸桥-搬运集卡-堆场吊桥作业系统下的设备优化配置问题.以时间为度量,综合考虑泊位作业收益最大和各类设备的闲置成本与运行费用整体最低确定设备配置数量,并运用数学分析的方法构建了描述集装箱码头泊位生产运作的非线性整数优化模型.实例验证该优化模型对于描述集装箱码头泊位的实际生产运作情况具有很好的实用性和合理性.
In order to improve the connection efficiency of various equipment configurations of container terminal berths in the operation of production, this paper studies the equipment optimal allocation under the loading and unloading quayside-handling truck-yard suspension bridge operating system. Taking the time as a measure, The maximum and the idle cost and operating cost of all kinds of equipment are determined as the lowest, and then the number of equipments is determined.The mathematic analysis method is used to build a nonlinear integer optimization model that describes the production and operation of container terminal berths.Examples demonstrate that this optimization model can be used to describe the container berth The actual production and operation has good practicality and rationality.
