The improper management or misuse of water and soil resources is an important factor that affects soil security, which in turn leads to the decline or even destruction of human civilization. This article is a review article based on a large number of literatures and aims to analyze the impact of soil and water conservation on soil safety and the decline of civilization from the perspective of human and fertile soil in world history.
