充填骨料粒级组成对充填料浆的流动性、保水性、粘聚性均有较大影响,杜达铅锌矿采用戈壁集料作为充填骨料,针对其大块率高、含泥量低、级配不均等缺点,将戈壁集料混入少量土后进行破碎分级得到3种物料,并对这3种物料按一定比例组合后进行坍落度试验,试验结果表明:当-1mm粒径累计含量35%以上时充填料浆可以获得比较好的和易性,推荐粒级配方在工业试验中取得了成功,实现了大颗粒、粗骨料充填料浆的顺利输送与胶结充填。
