目的通过对氯乙酸项目职业病危害因素的识别、预测接触水平及评价,提出可行的控制措施。方法采用类比法对氯乙酸项目进行职业病危害预评价。结果类比项目工作场所中氯气、氯化氢、氯乙酸的浓度分别为<0.057、2.35~3.22、<0.85 mg/m~3;离心工段操作工和包装工段包装工接触的噪声强度分别为79.5、76.2 d B(A),以上均为合格,但冷冻站和循环水站的操作工接触的噪声强度分别为88.9、86.4 d B(A),均为超标。由类比项目类推并对氯乙酸项目拟采取的职业病防护措施进行分析,预测在正常生产情况下工作场所中氯气、氯化氢、氯乙酸浓度及工人接触的噪声强度均符合职业接触限值。结论氯乙酸项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。该项目在初步设计中完善职业病危害防护设施的设计,加强职业卫生管理,从职业卫生角度分析是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To put forward feasible control measures by identifying the occupational hazards of chloroacetic acid project, predicting the contact level and evaluating. Methods The analogy was used to pre-evaluate the occupational hazards of chloroacetic acid project. Results The concentrations of chlorine, hydrogen chloride and chloroacetic acid in the workplace were respectively <0.057, 2.35 ~ 3.22 and <0.85 mg / m ~ 3. The noise intensities of contact between the centrifuge operator and the packing shop were 79.5 and 76.2 d B (A), all of them are qualified, but the noise intensities of contact between the freezing station and the circulating water station operator are respectively 88.9 and 86.4 d B (A), which are all exceeded. Analyzed by the analogy project and the occupational disease protection measures to be adopted in the project of chloroacetic acid, it is forecasted that the concentration of chlorine, hydrogen chloride and chloroacetic acid in the work place and the noise intensity of workers exposed to normal production meet the occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The chloroacetic acid project is a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases. The project in the initial design to improve occupational hazards design of protective facilities, strengthen occupational health management, from the perspective of occupational health is feasible.
