七宝镇位于上海市西南角,是闵行区新兴的开发卫星城镇,近几年来房地产开发速度迅猛,道路纵横交叉发达,随着改革开放发展,镇面貌发生了很大的变化。该镇范围内有区级河道4条全长18.8km,镇级河道9条20.4km,村级河道33条全长24.3km。前几年该镇范围内河道由于多年来自然淤积严重,水质变化、对灌溉、排水、防风、航运和居民生活环境带来了严重不利影响,虽经多年疏浚,但由于重疏轻管,因此河道状况还是没有得到根本的转变,近几年七宝水利
