(一) 高等学校是知识和人才高度密集的部门,是科技战线一支重要的方面军,为了适应社会主义现代化建设的需要,中央要求把高等学校建设成教学和科研两个中心,为高校明确规定出人才、出成果两项基本任务。因此对高校来说,科研和教学同样重要,教学工作和科研工作要兼顾,同时抓好。但是,由于认识上和条件上的原因,科研工作与教学工作的发展,在我院是不平衡的。科研工作处于相对薄弱状态,从而限制了我院在体育事业发展中发挥更大的作用,要改变这种局面,必须从提高认识入手。我院是1979年复院的,师资力量还很不足,教师的教学任务繁重。普遍认为,能完成教学任务就可以了,没有时间和精力稿科研。确实,教学与科研是有矛盾的
