患者男性,9岁,入院前12天有畏寒、涕咳,2天后夜间10时突然尖叫头痛:两眼看不见灯光,10分钟后入睡。2小时后又类似发作一次。次晨3时、8时2次全身抽搐、神志不清伴尿失禁,持续1～2分钟自止。抽后诉头痛,右侧甚,双目不能分昼夜。同时伴恶心、呕吐,每日3～4次,住当地医院。体温39.5℃,肝肋下0.5cm,眼底(-)。2次腰穿查脑脊液常规、生化均正常。给用激素、甘露醇、青霉素和庆大霉素治疗10天。热降,未再抽搐,其它症状不见好转由安徽转我院。起病前4个月内,曾一次
