在市场竞争越发激烈、企业改革不断深化的新形势下,组织人力资源管理越来越复杂。“鲶鱼效应”作为一种塑造危机感的竞争机制被广泛应用到企业的组织人力资源管理中。基于此,本文从“鲶鱼效应”的起源入手,详细分析了“鲶鱼效应”的正反两方面的作用和引入“鲶鱼”应注意的问题,并在此基础上以万达集团为例,剖析其在人事改革、领导艺术和员工激励等方面“鲶鱼效应”的应用,以期对促进我国企业人力资源的可持续发展有所裨益。
Under the new situation of increasingly fierce market competition and continuous deepening of enterprise reform, the organization of human resources management has become more and more complicated. “Catfish effect ” as a competition mechanism that creates a sense of crisis is widely used in the organization of human resources management. Based on this, this paper starts with the origin of “catfish effect ”, analyzes the positive and negative effects of “catfish effect ” and the problems that should be noticed when introducing “catfish ”, and on this basis, As an example, this paper analyzes the application of “catfish effect” in the fields of personnel reform, leadership art and staff motivation, with a view to promoting the sustainable development of human resources in our country.
