细辛原是林荫下生长的植物,喜阴、喜肥、喜湿润,抗寒性强,怕强光。现有人工栽培和野生的两种。1.种子采收.细辛多在5月份开花,6月份结果。辽宁细辛一般在6月中下旬就可以采种。当发现细辛种子(果实)由红紫色变成粉白色,用手一捻发软时便进行采种。剥开果皮的种子黄褐色、无浆为好。细辛种子成熟期不一致,要边成熟边采收。注意采收要及时,如果晚1天果皮就易破裂,种子掉在地上被蚂蚁搬走。一般每天采种两次,上午一次,下午一次。采下的种子稍晾1—2天,需立即进行播种。
