许多实验结果和临床资料支持雌激素受体(ER)变异体在生殖系统正常组织和肿瘤组织中共表达,而且与生殖系统肿瘤的发生、发展、转移、耐药以及预后有关,但各种ER变异体蛋白的生理和病理功能还不完全清楚。此外,从某些类型ER变异体蛋白具有组织特异性表达可推测ER变异体与配体的相互作用有组织特异性。因此,对ER变异体结构和功能改变及其与其他信号传导通路相互作用的研究具有重要意义,同时也是今后研究中面临的挑战。本文综述ER的变异与生殖系统肿瘤的关系。
Many experimental results and clinical data support the co-expression of estrogen receptor (ER) variants in the normal tissues and tumor tissues of the reproductive system, and are related to the occurrence, development, metastasis, drug resistance and prognosis of reproductive system tumors, but various ER variants. The physiological and pathological functions of body proteins are not fully understood. In addition, tissue-specific expression of certain types of ER variant proteins suggests that the interaction of ER variants with ligands is tissue-specific. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the structural and functional changes of ER variants and their interactions with other signal transduction pathways. It is also a challenge for future research. This article reviews the relationship between ER variation and reproductive system tumors.
