洛阳水泥厂矿山车间,自去年9月开工生产以来,一直是全厂的薄弱环节,矿石平均日产量总不能保证正常生产的需要。因此,如何扭转这种落后局面,已成为我厂生产大跃进中迫切需要解决的一个关键性问题。在党的坚强领导下,经过矿山事间全体职工的共同努力,2月下旬以来,矿山车间的生产落后情况改变了,矿石产量已由过去平均日产几百吨,一跃而达到一千多吨。最突出的一日,曾达到2千多吨,超过设计能力38%,创造了惊人的最高纪录。现在,矿山车间已经不是障碍跃进的车间,而是跃进的先锋了。它在第一季度已被评为全厂的先进单位,夺取了生产流动红旗。各兄弟车间也都掀起了一个“学矿山、赶矿山、超矿山”的竞赛热潮。

The output of ore has risen from an average of several hundred tons per day to more than 1,000 tons . The most prominent day, has reached more than 2,000 tons, more than 38% of design capacity, creating a stunning record. Now, the mine shop is no longer a hurdle for leapfrogging, but a pioneer in leapfrogging. It has been awarded as the advanced unit of the whole plant in the first quarter, capturing the red flag of production flow. The brothers workshop also set off a “learn mine, catch the mine, super mine” contest craze.
