随着我国社会的不断发展,党的领导在此过程中起到了重要的作用。在现代油田企业中,需要不断加强党建工作的建设,只有这样才能够保证企业的平稳发展。从目前油田党建工作现状分析,仍存在着许多的问题,因此,需要采取有效的干预措施来推动油田党建工作的顺利开展。在新形势下,油田企业党建工作受到社会经济的发展以及产业结构的变化而出现了明显的变化,暴露了传统的党建工作的缺陷和漏洞,无法与新形势的目标保持一致。因此,
