2011年是“十二五”规划的开局之年。集团公司对2011年全国邮政工作的总体要求是:认真贯彻党的十七届五中全会、中央经济工作会议精神,以科学发展为主题,以加快转变邮政经济发展方式为主线,继续深化邮政金融和速递物流改革,加快业务结构调整和发展方式转变步伐,大力提高全网运行质量和效益,加快向现代服务业转型,加大资源整合力度,进一步增强邮政核心竞争能力,保持邮政经济平稳较快健康发展,做好和谐邮政建设工作,为实现“十二五”规划目标和发展中国特色邮政事业打下坚实基础。
