我校将小学英语教学作为一项特色教育工程,到目前为止,全校各年级都开了英语课,英语教学特色已基本形成。经过一段时间的考察和研究,我们提出了小学英语游戏教学方法。一、理论依据近年来,国外外语教学理论界特别强调把激发学生的学习兴趣放在重要位置,强调要让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中学习外语。他们倡导的自然教学法、情境教学法、功能法等,特别是近年来兴起的TPR(全身动作教学法)对我国儿童英语教学产生了重大影响。在英语教学中加入适当的游戏有利于培养学生的兴趣,符合“乐学”原则。游戏教学方法强调了学生的主体性,要求学生共同参与,而不是教师唱独角戏,体现了教师主导
