目的评价医院制剂室中硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量测定的三种常用方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法、旋光法、中合法对不同批号1%、2%硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液制剂的含量进行测定。结果测定方法不同,所测制剂含量结果有一定差异。结论三种方法均符合质量标准要求,紫外分光光度法对硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量测定的方法较为准确。
Objective To evaluate three commonly used methods for the determination of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops in hospital preparation rooms. Methods The contents of 1%, 2% pilocarpine nitrate eye drops were determined by UV spectrophotometry, polarimetry and in-law. The results of determination of different methods, the measured content of the results have a certain difference. Conclusion All the three methods are in accordance with the requirements of quality standard. The determination of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops by UV spectrophotometry is more accurate.
