目的了解小鼠骨骼肌松弛是否能改善神经传导 ,加快损伤神经的再生。方法取昆明小鼠 96只,建立肌皮神经损伤模型,随机分为肌松组、肌松加神经营养药组、神经营养药组和对照组。通过对神经的电生理检查、肌肉湿重测量及损伤神经远端有髓神经纤维计数的方法,评估骨骼肌松弛是否有利于神经的传导和损伤神经的再生。结果肌松组小鼠神经传导和损伤神经的再生与神经营养药组接近,优于对照组。结论骨骼肌松弛有改善神经传导、加快损伤神经再生的作用。
Objective To understand whether the relaxation of skeletal muscle in mice can improve the nerve conduction and accelerate the regeneration of injured nerve. Methods Ninety-six Kunming mice were established. The model of muscular nerve injury was established and randomly divided into muscle relaxant group, muscle relaxant plus neurotrophic drug group, neurotrophic drug group and control group. Through the electrophysiological examination of nerves, muscle wet weight measurement and damage distal nerve fibers of myelinated nerve fibers to assess whether skeletal muscle relaxation is conducive to nerve conduction and injury of nerve regeneration. Results Muscle pine induced neurotoxicity and regeneration of nerve injury and neurotrophic drug group close, better than the control group. Conclusion Skeletal muscle relaxation can improve nerve conduction and accelerate the injury of nerve regeneration.
