采用超声波辅助提取红景天中多酚类物质,在单因素实验基础上,通过正交试验优化了提取工艺条件.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:16(g/mL)、乙醇浓度50%、超声波提取时间60min、提取温度50℃,在此条件下,多酚类物质提取率可达0.5437%.
