公路工程概算是初步设计文件的重要组成部分，公路工程预算是施工图设计文件的重要组成部分，对公路工程建设项目至关重要。提高概、预算编制质量需从五个方面努力：合理取定材料单价（包括人工和机械台班单价）；核准工程数量并要按编制概预算的要求进行表述；要有优化后确定的施工方案；准确地选用定额并对缺少的项目做好补充定额工作；按编制好的概预算进行工程造价分析。在编制工程概、预算的实践过程中应特别注意积累宝贵资料，并不断提高低、预算编制水平。
The budget estimate of highway project is an important part of the preliminary design document.
