目的:建立五苓胶囊、五苓片挥发油成分的GC指纹图谱和评价方法。方法:采用DB-1701毛细管气相色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),FID检测器;程序升温为45℃(2 min),以5℃.min-1的速度线性升温至220℃(10 min);利用指纹图谱相似度进行分类评价。结果:依据18批五苓胶囊和10批五苓片的指纹图谱相似度数据进行分析,将样品分为5级。Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级认为优良,胶囊剂和片剂分别达到33.3%和10.0%。结论:此方法可从挥发油的角度对五苓系列制剂的质量进行评价,五苓系列制剂应增加和完善对挥发油的控制方法。
Objective: To establish a GC fingerprinting and evaluation method for the constituents of the volatile oil from Wuling capsule and Wuling tablet. Methods: DB-1701 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) and FID detector were used. The temperature was raised to 45 ℃ (2 min) and the temperature was raised linearly to 5 ℃ .min-1 to 220 ℃ 10 min); using fingerprinting similarity evaluation. Results: Based on the fingerprint similarity data of 18 batches of Wuling capsules and 10 batches of Wuling tablets, the samples were divided into 5 grades. Grade I and Grade II are considered good, with capsules and tablets reaching 33.3% and 10.0%, respectively. Conclusion: This method can evaluate the quality of Wuling series preparations from the perspective of volatile oil. Wuling series preparations should increase and improve the control methods of volatile oil.
