在四化建设中,能源紧缺是一个突出的问题。重钢是重庆市用能大户,常因能源不足影响生产。重钢要增产和提高经济效益,就必须以节能求增产,以节能求发展,提高工业炉窑的热效率。为了摸索节能的新途径,在管胚加热炉上采用北京建研总院研制的JT高温节能涂料,经过生产实践,有良好的节能效果和经济效益,在工业炉窑上推广应用,很有价值。
In the four modernizations, energy shortage is a prominent issue. Chongqing Iron and Steel is a major energy users, often due to lack of energy production. Heavy steel to increase production and improve economic efficiency, we must save energy to increase production, energy saving and development, improve the thermal efficiency of industrial furnaces. In order to explore a new way for energy saving, the JT high-temperature energy-saving paint developed by Beijing Institute of Building Research at the tubular embryo heating furnace has great value in popularization and application in industrial furnaces through production practices, good energy-saving effects and economic benefits .
