Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China Order No. 21 of 2006 on the Administration of Textile Export (Interim) has been examined and approved by the Ministry of Commerce and agreed with the General Administration of Customs and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, hereby promulgated and implemented as of the date of promulgation. The number of temporary export licenses for textile products in 2006 is still subject to the Provisional Measures for the Administration of the Export of Textile Products (Order No. 2005 of the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC). Provisional Measures for the Administration of the Export of Textile Products (Order of the Ministry of Commerce, No. 20 of 2005) shall be repealed on January 1, 2007.
