为了研究用液氮进行冷处理对各种工具钢的影响,我们进行了硬度、残余奥氏体量、耐磨性及疲劳性试验。其结果是,经过冷处理的试料硬度稍有提高,冷处理温度越低残余奥氏体量越少。关于耐磨试验,在低速区域时经过冷处理的和未冷处理的材料没有明显的差异,而在3m/s以上的高速区域耐磨性显著提高。进行冲头的疲劳试验,经过冷处理的疲劳性显著提高。
In order to study the effect of cold treatment with liquid nitrogen on various tool steels, we conducted hardness, residual austenite, wear resistance and fatigue tests. As a result, the hardness of the cold-treated sample slightly increased, and the lower the cold-treated temperature, the smaller the retained austenite. Regarding the wear resistance test, there is no significant difference between the cold-treated and the non-cold-treated materials in the low-speed range, whereas the wear resistance is significantly increased in the high-speed range of 3 m / s or more. Fatigue test punch, cold fatigue significantly improved.
