目的:分析研究口腔残根修复的可塑纤维桩使用效果。方法:对我院收治的46例患者68颗残根患牙,采用可塑纤维桩进行核冠修复,修复后对患者进行为期10个月观察。结果:采用可塑高强度的纤维桩68颗残根后,成功63颗,5颗出现齿龈炎,成功率为92.6%。结论:采用可塑性纤维桩修复口腔残根,口腔残根修复效果良好,值得应用推广。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of using plastic fiber posts restored with oral residual roots. Methods: Sixty-six residual stumps of 46 patients admitted to our hospital were treated with plastic fiber post-core restoration. After repair, the patients were observed for 10 months. Results: After using 68 plastic stumps with high strength and plasticity, 63 of them succeeded and 5 of them showed gingivitis with a success rate of 92.6%. Conclusion: Plastic fiber post repair residual oral roots, oral residual root repair good effect, it is worth to promote the application.
