轧辊是轧钢生产中最主要也是最重要的生产工艺备件,能否合理地使用,将直接影响到钢材产品的质量和轧钢作业率,正越来越多地受到国内外冶金行业的重视和研究。针对杭钢近几年轧辊消耗费用急剧上升的严峻形势,本文对全厂及各主要轧钢分厂的轧辊管理、使用现状作了分析,提出了相应对策。
Roll is the most important and most important production process spare parts in the production of rolled steel. Whether it can be used reasonably or not will directly affect the quality of steel products and the operating rate of steel rolling. More and more attention is paid to metallurgy industry at home and abroad. In view of the severe situation that the cost of roller consumption has risen sharply in recent years in Hangzhou Iron and Steel, this paper analyzes the status of roller management and use of the whole plant and the major rolling mills and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
