省政府决定对《关于对进入我省境内的外省施工队伍加强管理的意见》(吉政办发[1997]21号)作如下修改:第六条修改为“各地建设行政主管部门对已经在本地、经资质审查合格的外进队伍要同本地施工队伍一样对待,实行动态管理,及时掌握这些企业的经营行为、队伍管理、质量管理、安全管理、文明施工和计划生育等有关情况,出现问题的,可按有关法律、法规的规定予以处理。”本决定自1998年1月1日起施行。《关于对进入我省境内的外省施工队伍加强管理的意见》根据本决定作相应的修正。
The provincial government decided to make the following amendments to the “Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Construction Teams from Other Provinces Entering Provinces in our Province” (GZ Zheng Fa [1997] No. 21): Article 6 is amended to read “Local administrative departments for construction are already local Qualified outsiders must be treated in the same way as local construction teams. Dynamic management should be implemented to timely grasp the business operations, team management, quality management, safety management, civilized construction, family planning, and other issues of these enterprises. It may be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.“ This decision shall come into force on January 1, 1998. The ”Opinions on Strengthening the Administration of Construction Teams from Other Provinces Entering the Province of our Province" is amended accordingly according to this decision.
