以发挥高校在城市建设中的作用,促进高校与科研院所、企业的合作为目的,进行了广泛调研。指出高校在与企业、科研院所的合作中,为天津市城市建设提供了理论支持、人才支持和技术支撑,但在系统性、全面性、长效机制、信息沟通平台上还存在欠缺。依此,从完善高校、科研院所和企业三方合作服务系统,联合各方资源、促进人才培养和引进,构建高效合作新机制三个方面提出了促进三方合作的对策。 In order to give play to the role of colleges and universities in urban construction and to promote the cooperation between universities and research institutes and enterprises, extensive research has been conducted. It points out that colleges and universities, in cooperation with enterprises and research institutes, provide theoretical support, talent support and technical support for the urban construction in Tianjin. However, there are still some shortcomings in the aspects of systematicness, comprehensiveness, long-term mechanism and information communication. Therefore, measures to promote tripartite cooperation are put forward from three aspects: improving the system of tripartite cooperation and service of universities, research institutes and enterprises, unifying the resources of all parties, promoting the cultivation and introduction of qualified personnel, and building a new mechanism for efficient cooperation.
