目的:观察中药降糖复方制剂箭羽糖康片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:将112例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予二甲双胍治疗,治疗组59例加用箭羽糖康片,对照组53例加用安慰剂,服药26周。在治疗前和治疗第9、18、26周时分别测量两组患者的血糖水平、血脂水平、肝肾功能、血液指标、炎性指标、氧化应激和血管内皮功能相关指标,进行组内和组间比较。结果:治疗26周后,治疗组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(Tch)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂质比值(Tch/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、丙二醛(MDA)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平均比对照组及治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:箭羽糖康片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,不仅能更有效控制血糖,同时能改善患者糖脂代谢紊乱,炎症与氧化应激状态和血管内皮功能,效果优于单用二甲双胍。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jianglian Tangkang Tablet combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: One hundred and twelve patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Metformin was used in both groups. Fifty-nine patients in the treatment group received Jianlutang Kang Tablets, and 53 in the control group received placebo for 26 weeks. The blood glucose level, blood lipid level, liver and kidney function, blood index, inflammatory index, oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function-related indexes were measured before treatment and at the 9th, 18th, and 26th week respectively. Comparison between groups. Results After treatment for 26 weeks, fasting blood glucose (FPG), HbAlc, Tch, TG, LDL-C and Tch (HDL-C, HDL-C and HDL-C), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin 6 (IL-6), malondialdehyde (MDA) and total superoxide dismutase (T- SOD and VEGF were all significantly improved compared with the control group and before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: JIUHUANGKANGKANG tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can not only control blood sugar more effectively, but also improve glucose and lipid metabolism, inflammation and oxidative stress status and vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is superior to metformin alone.
