通过分析我国现行的烟度测定方法,用不同烟度计对YS380、YS480柴油机的排气烟度进行测量,得出了80系列柴油机烟度排放的特征对比试验结果,可看出我国对柴油机烟度测试的规范和测试仪器应尽早统一,以便对柴油机烟度排放的考核更加科学合理;在测量柴油机的自由加速烟度时,应使用响应速度较快的透光式烟度计,以满足不稳定工况下的烟度测试要求我国柴油机和柴油车的烟度排放标准中有不尽合理的地方,如烟度限值没有考虑柴油机的使用特性,没有考虑柴油机使用潜力的充分发挥,没有考虑柴油机的排量和转速对烟度的影响,也没有考虑柴油机的实际用途及大气修正等因此,作者建议我国相关标准修订时逐步采用在欧共体国家普遍采用的ECER24法规
