本文主要介绍运用四极场残余气体分析仪对存在各种质量问题的旋转靶X光管进行管内残余气体分析,从消除管内有害的残余气体成分的角度着手,对不同生产时期和不同工艺规范的管子进行分析和比较,从而寻求较合理的工艺改进措施,使当前生产中所存在的几个主要质量问题得到基本解决,为进一步提高管子质量和创优奠定了良好的基础。
