尺蠖蛾类就是通常所见的拱背虫、拱拱虫、造桥虫、量寸虫等。以幼虫为害茶叶,发生多时,几天之内,能将整丛或整片茶树叶片全部食光。有的种类(如灰尺蠖)在叶片食光后,还啃食茎干皮层和嫩梢。严重影响树势和产量,不但当季无茶可采,而且树势衰弱,耐寒力差,遇上霜冻,地上部被冻坏甚至干枯死亡,也影响来年或下季产量。近年来此类害虫的危害,日益加重,有些种类(如大尺蠖、茶尺蠖)已上升成为发展茶叶生产的劲敌。 Moths are usually seen arch backworm, arch arch worms, bridge bugs, the amount of size insects and so on.
