项目占地100多亩,所处的现状以杂树、荒草、旧砖库房、山坡地等条件为主。介于这样的现状分析,采取的新的技术构建思路以师法自然、高于自然的“和谐”为中心。率先考虑的是构建符合可持续发展的自然环境框架。首先结合506仓库的地形高差,顺坡就势,确定环境景观的用地框架;然后根据北京怀柔地区的降雨条件,建立雨水利用的地上系统;除此之外,利用当地乡土树种,尤其是将多种耐旱的乡土地被植物混合种植,既有丰富的叶片质感
