我进入中职系统任教已经快两年了,也担任了班主任,对于中职生有了较全面的了解。中职生正处于心理发展由少年期向青年初期过渡的重要阶段,在心理发展上也体现出变化显著、可塑性强的特点。作为班主任,要密切关注学生,掌握学生动态,注意教育方式,才能取得好的教育效果。
I have been teaching in secondary vocational schools almost two years, also served as a teacher in charge, for secondary vocational students have a more comprehensive understanding. Secondary vocational students are in an important stage of psychological transition from adolescence to early youth. They also show significant changes and strong plasticity in their psychological development. As a teacher in charge of a class, we must pay close attention to the students, master the dynamics of the students and pay attention to the methods of education in order to achieve good educational results.
