去年三、四月份以后,原局党委副书记沈祖耀同志带领干部处、科技开发处有关同志,对我局合成树脂研究所、塑料研究所、农药研究所和上海溶剂厂的知识分子工作进行了调研。调研组以合成树脂研究所为主深入听取意见,总结经验,分析问题,并组织“三所一厂”互相进行了交流。调查分三个阶段进行:一是召开中层干部、中级职称的专业技术人员会议,提高科技人员的思想认识;二是召开不同层次的知识分子座谈会和谈心活动,认真地听取他们对知识分子工作的意见和要求;三是在听取意见,总结典型经验,分析问题的基础上,为化工系统召开知识分子工作大会作了准备。
