校企合作既是当前职业教育改革与实践的一个方向,也是职业院校寻求自身发展空间和服务区域经济途径的必然要求。职业院校要紧紧依靠行业企业办学,掌握企业对人才的知识、素质、技术、能力的需求,并进行针对性的专业设置和课程、教材调整,建立起以能力为本的教学体系。实现学校与企业文化理念的融合,使学生就业与企业需求达成良好的对接。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is not only a direction of the current reform and practice of vocational education, but also a necessary requirement for vocational colleges to seek their own development space and serve the regional economic channels. Vocational institutions should closely rely on industrial enterprises to run schools, master the knowledge, qualities, skills and abilities of enterprises, and carry out targeted professional settings and curricula and teaching materials adjustments to establish a capacity-based teaching system.
