目的:对湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片进行体外释放度和漂浮性能研究。方法:通过测定湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片的释放度,进行湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片释放机制及影响因素研究。结果:泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片体外释放曲线符合一级动力学方程和Higuchi方程。结论:湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片制剂有缓释和漂浮作用,初步达到了设计要求。
OBJECTIVE: To study the in vitro release and the floating performance of pantoprazole gastric floating sustained-release tablets developed by Hunan CommScope Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Methods: The release of pantoprazole gastric floating sustained-release tablets developed by Hunan CommScope Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was determined and the release of pantoprazole gastric floating sustained-release tablets developed by Hunan CommScope Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Mechanism and Influencing Factors. Results: The in vitro release curve of pantoprazole gastric floating sustained-release tablets was in accordance with first-order kinetic equation and Higuchi equation. Conclusions: The sustained-release and floating effects of pantoprazole gastric floating sustained-release tablets developed by Hunan CommScope Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. have reached preliminary design requirements.
