2012年世界知识产权局组织(WIPO)共受理PCT国际专利申请194 400件,比2011年增长6.6%,增速较上一年有所放缓1。其中中国PCT专利申请量为18 627件,以13.6%的增速居世界第2位。电子机械类以13 293件申请(占总数的7.5%)超过数字通讯(7.1%),成为2012年已公布PCT申请量最多的技术领域2。中国企业申请增长势头强劲,中兴通讯股份公司以3 906件申请蝉联全球PCT申请人首位3,华为技术有限公司(1 801件)名次较去年下降一位来到第4位。
In 2012, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) handled a total of 194,400 PCT international patent applications, an increase of 6.6% over 2011, a slowdown from the previous year. Among them, there were 18,627 PCT applications filed in China, ranking the 2nd in the world with an increase of 13.6%. Among the 13 293 applications (7.5% of the total), the number of electronic machinery exceeded that of digital communications (7.1%), making it the technology area 2 with the largest PCT applications announced in 20122. Chinese enterprises registered strong growth momentum. ZTE Corporation retained 3,906 applications for the top 3 PCT applicants in the world. 3 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (1,801) dropped 4 places from last year.
