本文比较了在最大熵谱基础上各种求频率、幅值和相位的方法,提出了一种Marple最大熵谱线估计法,即以Marple快速递归算法估计最大熵谱参数,然后用FFT求出功率谱并估计频率,再由循环下降法估计幅值和相位的方法。它同传统的FFTr谱分析相比,其估值精度高,分辩率高,特别适用于短记录数据的谱分析。本文将此法应用于宽斜齿轮螺旋线波度误差等一类的谱分析上,能准确地诊断出误差源,有满意的结果。
In this paper, we compared various methods of seeking maximum frequency, amplitude and phase based on the maximum entropy spectrum, and proposed a Marple maximum entropy spectral line estimation method, that is, the Marple fast recursive algorithm was used to estimate the maximum entropy spectral parameters and then FFT Power spectrum and frequency estimation, and then by cyclic reduction method to estimate the amplitude and phase. Compared with the traditional FFTr spectral analysis, it has high accuracy and high resolution, which is especially suitable for spectrum analysis of short recorded data. In this paper, this method is applied to the spectrum analysis such as wide helical helix waviness error, which can accurately diagnose the error source and have satisfactory results.
