公文分办传阅登记,就是文书工作人员对有规可循和经领导批示的公文分送阅办的行踪记录,它是公文运转过程中一项必不可少的具体业务工作.在文书工作实践中,尤其在一些兼职文书人员的公文传递活动中,常常因文多类繁且在多部门交叉传递,稍有记载疏忽,便造成公文积压或“去向不明”,贻误工作.在目前公文分办传阅尚无统一规定的情况下,如何把握公文在运转过程中的轨迹,结合我们的工作实际,谈两点不成熟的想法.
