对中碳铬镍钼钢的四种不同组织,进行了显徽组织、断裂韧度、带裂纹样品冲击韧性实验以及宏观断口和微观断口的观察。对它们之间的对应关系得到一些初步结果。在四种组织中,以600℃回火的索氏体组织样品的断裂韧度最大,在300℃左右的温度范围内出现断裂韧度最低。带裂纹的冲击值与三点弯曲断裂韧度值有一致的趋势。此外,根据不同的微观断口特征,对目前正在发展和积累数据的断口定量分析,进行了初步尝试,对断口特征值与断裂韧度之间的关系进行了一些探讨。
Four kinds of medium carbon chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel four different organizations, the emblem of the microstructure, fracture toughness, with cracked specimen impact toughness and macroscopic fracture and microscopic fracture observation. The correspondence between them gives some preliminary results. In all four tissues, the fracture toughness of sorbite samples tempered at 600 ℃ is the highest, and the fracture toughness is the lowest in the temperature range of about 300 ℃. The cracked impact value has the same trend with the three-point bending fracture toughness value. In addition, based on different microscopic fracture features, a preliminary attempt is made to quantitatively analyze the fractures that are currently being developed and accumulated. Some discussions are made on the relationship between fracture characteristics and fracture toughness.
