随着我国工农业的飞跃发展,有机磷农药的生产逐渐增加,应用日益广泛,对于防治各种病虫害起了很大的作用。有机磷农药是用有机磷酸酯类合成的一类强烈的神经性毒剂。对于这类农药如果管理不严或使用不当,常常引起人畜中毒。为更好地开展对有机磷中毒的抢救工作,兹将我院应用大剂量阿托品合并氯磷定抢救急性有机磷中毒的体会总结如下。
