人社部、卫生部、财政部2009年12月31日联合下发通知,公布了《流动就业人员基本医疗保障关系转移接续暂行办法》。该《办法》将于2010年7月1日起实施,届时城镇职工基本医疗保险、城镇居民基本医疗保险和新型农村合作医疗参保(合)人员流动就业时,将能够连续参保,基本医疗保障关系将能够顺畅接续。这是我国继出台基本养老关系跨省转移办法后的又一项惠及个人基本保障的政策。本期《百姓焦点》栏目将该《办法》摘登如下:
