贵州硅石为乳白色,外形上呈不完全的解理,是一种多晶层状矿物。从x射线衍射分析知,其基本组份为α—SiO_2,属三方晶系。本文对贵州硅石的微观特性进行了TEM的初步研究。样品经离子轰击减薄后,用H—600电镜进行TEM的观察分析。由电镜观察可知,贵州硅石由粒径为μm数量级的多边形团块镶嵌而成。这种镶嵌是非完全紧密的,其间存在缝隙。这些镶嵌块的交线大致沿着相互垂直的两个方向(照片1)。作者认为这是造成贵州硅石外形上呈现解理的原因。镶嵌块之间的缝隙可能填充一些非晶杂质。对这些镶嵌块进行仔细分析以及选区电子衍射表明,这些组成团块可分为两类。一类是单晶粒,另一
Guizhou silica is milky white, appearance is incomplete cleavage, is a polycrystalline layered mineral. From the x-ray diffraction analysis, the basic component of α-SiO_2, a tripartite crystal system. In this paper, the microscopic characteristics of silica in Guizhou were studied by TEM. The samples were thinned by ion bombardment and observed by TEM with H-600 electron microscope. Observed by electron microscopy, Guizhou silica by the order of μm in size polygon agglomeration formed. This mosaic is not completely close, there is a gap between.
