心内膜弹力纤维增生症是婴儿发生心衰的常见病因之一,约为4％,多发生于2个月到1岁的婴儿。我院自1958—1980年间收治20例。其中男女各10例。1岁以下者9例(占45％),1—2岁者5例(占25％),2岁以上者6例(占30％)。20例中最小者6个月,最大的5岁。全部病例均表现程度不等的心衰,2岁以下的14例,13例起病急,有肺炎样症状;2岁以上6例中有5例起病缓,主要表现为慢性心衰。症状主要为剧烈干咳、呼吸困难、面色苍白、唇绀、下肢浮肿、尿少、心音明显低钝、心律快、肝大、部分心尖部有收缩期杂音、出现奔马律和心律不齐各1例。X 线胸片检查19例均表现心脏扩
Endocardial fibroelastosis is one of the common causes of heart failure in infants, about 4%, occurs in infants 2 months to 1 year old. Our hospital since 1958-1980 were treated 20 cases. Including 10 males and 10 females. 9 cases (45%) under the age of 1, 5 cases (25%) in 1-2 years old, 6 cases (30%) over 2 years old.
