我厂从西德引进的R942液压挖掘机驾驶室前窗支撑机构是由几种含有镶铸件的零件组成。西德进口原机上这些零件是压铸成型的。但我厂因为设备条件所限无法压铸,并且批量小经济效益低,外厂不肯生产。如果用实心浇铸法制造需整套模具,材料消耗大,生产时间长,还要增加金加工量。为此我们参阅国内有关资料,结合我厂生产条件的实际情况,试验研究以湿砂型镶铸法来代替压铸及实心浇铸法生产这类零件,获得成功。我们从零件结构、砂箱选择、镶铸工艺等方面综合分析考虑,经多次工艺性实验证明镶铸工艺是成功的。铸件经解剖检查和制成品零件装在驾驶室
