目的:研究人参二醇组皂甙(PDS)对烧伤大鼠心功能的影响及其机制.方法:测定离体心功能,丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力.结果:烧伤后,心率(HR),心输出量(CO),左室内压(LVP)及其最大变化率(±dp/dt_(max),SOD活力分别由206 bpm,92mL min~(-1)g~(-1),7 kPa,149 kPa s~(-1),73 kPas~(-1),2.9 NU/mg蛋白分别降低至162,72,4,77,44,1.7,MDA含量由0.77 nmol/mg蛋白升至1.35.PDS 30 mg kg~(-1)ip使烧伤后降低或升高的上述指标恢复或接近正常.结论:PDS对烧伤心功能保护作用的机制与 MDA含量降低以及SOD活性增高有关.
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect and mechanism of panaxadiol saponins (PDS) on heart function in burned rats. Methods: Determination of isolated heart function, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. : After burn, heart rate (HR), cardiac output (CO), left ventricular pressure (LVP) and its maximum rate of change (±dp/dt_(max), SOD activity from 206 bpm, 92 mL min~(-1), respectively g~(-1),7 kPa,149 kPa s~(-1),73 kPas~(-1),2.9 NU/mg protein decreased to 162,72,4,77,44,1.7, respectively. The 0.77 nmol/mg protein rose to 1.35.PDS 30 mg kg~(-1) ip restored or increased the above-mentioned indicators after burn. The conclusion was: the mechanism of protective effect of PDS on burn heart function and the decrease of MDA content and Increased SOD activity.
